Abstract

This research aims to determine how much influence work discipline and work facilities have on the performance of employees (paramedics) with job satisfaction as an intervening variable using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 69 employees who were used as respondents at the Kambang Health Center, Pesisir Selatan Regency. In this research, the method used is Structur Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results of data analysis concluded that work discipline had a significant effect on job satisfaction with a significant level (0.000<0.05). Work facilities do not have a significant effect on job satisfaction with a significant level (0.283>0.05). Work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant level (0.656>0.05). Work facilities do not have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant level (0.655>0.05). Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant level (0.025<0.05). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction with a significant level (0.030<0.05). Work facilities do not have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction with a significant level (0.929>0.05).
