The Influence Of Career Development, Evaluation And Planning On Employee Performance Biro Perekonomian Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat

This study aims to analyze the influence of career development, evaluation, and strategic planning on employee performance at Biro Perekonomian Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. The importance of employee performance in enhancing bureaucratic effectiveness and efficiency is influenced by factors such as career development, and proper strategic planning. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques, using a questionnaire distributed to Biro Perekonomian Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat employees with a sample of 70 employees. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods with SmartPLS application. The data shows that career growth doesn't have a big impact on how well employees do their jobs. On the other hand, strategic planning does have a big and good impact on how well employees do their jobs. The results show that good influence and strategic planning can make work more effective, but that job growth has not yet had the most positive effect on employee performance.
