The Influence of Work Discipline and Work Competence on Employee Performance at the Pemda Kabupaten Solok

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work competence on employee performance at the Solok Regency Government. The type of research is quantitative. The sample in this study was 30 employees of the Solok Regency Government. Data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Data analysis techniques are testing the inner model (structural model), R-Square Value, testing the hypothesis of direct effects. The results of the study showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Solok Regency Government and work competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Solok Regency Government.
