The Influence of Motivation and Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance at the Solok Regency Regional Secretariat

This study aims to determine the Influence of Motivation and Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Solok Regency. The type of research is quantitative. The sample in this study was 35 employees of the Regional Secretariat of Solok Regency. Data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Data analysis techniques are testing the inner model (structural model), R-Square Value, testing the hypothesis of direct effects. The results of the study showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Solok Regency and interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Solok Regency
